We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund's progress.
